If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 15 days of receiving your item(s) and return the item with 30 days of the shipping date. You can reach Hazel Street Market,LLC by either email or by calling 413 733-1296 any day between 8am and 5pm EST.
Sending Your Return:
We will email a return label to you, and you will need a printer to print it. Please return your item(s) in new, resalable condition, and in the original, product packaging.
Return Shipping Costs:
The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, unless the item was damaged or you received the wrong item.
Once we receive your returned item(s), it takes about 7-10 business days to process the return. We will credit the original form of payment (credit card or PayPal), unless you are returning a gift. For returned gifts, we will issue a store credit for the return amount.
